Please note our standard terms of booking:
- Book your place by clicking on the `book online` icon or by sending an email to events@birminghamchamber.org.uk
- Bookings can be made up until the day of the event (subject to any delegate fees being paid). Bookings made within three days of the event may not be included on the delegate list
- Birmingham Chamber is unable to take bookings over the telephone
- Payment should be received prior to the event. Please call the events team on 0121 607 1772 to pay by credit card or alternatively, please make cheques payable to `Birmingham Chamber of Commerce'
- A confirmed event booking indicates your acceptance of the liability to pay the specified delegate fee
- Birmingham Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received prior to the event
- Should you have to cancel your booking the Chamber requires 10 days written notice prior to the event. Cancellations received after this time will not be entitled to a refund/credit. This also applies to non-attendance at the event
- A photographer may be at the event and delegates may be photographed. By registering to attend, delegates consent for Birmingham Chamber of Commerce to use any photographs.
