• We liaise with the freight forwarder/shipping company and ensure the transport documents are issued correctly.

• The remaining documents are prepared and presented to the bank on your behalf.

Prices for the service are:

Members of a West Midlands Chamber or the Midlands World Trade Forum:

0.65% of the Letter of Credit value - Minimum £205 
                                                  Maximum £350

Non-member:

0.75% of the Letter of Credit value - Minimum £255 
                                                  Maximum £400


Subsequent partial shipments (if any) will be charged at 50% of the full rate.

Additional costs where applicable include:

Documents sent by courier to the UK bank £10.
Overseas faxes and phone calls £3.
Documents sent by courier overseas are subject to a variable charge.
Fees for certification and legalisation of export documents (where required) will be invoiced separately.
