The Policy Team: Your voice on legislative, political and business related events and developments

The Chamber is here to represent your views on the issues affecting your business. The policy team lobbies key decision makers on business issues and represents business members at a local, national and European level.

One of the key activities of a Chamber of Commerce is to provide information to its members about national, regional or local policy proposals that are likely to impact upon business and to provide feedback on the response from the business community.

We offer members the opportunity to become involved in lobbying work that can benefit business in the following ways:

• Media coverage, through the Chamber’s Press and PR team
• A voice on issues that matter to you
• A chance to make a real difference to the business environment
