Speech to Text Palantyping and Sign Language Interpreting
We provide Speech to Text reporting throughout the U.K. This is known technically as Palantype Transcription.
The spoken word is relayed as text via a palantype shorthand-reporting device to a laptop screen when one or two people require this service. In the case of larger groups, text can be transmitted to a screen front of stage. Palantyping is often used in conference situations and group meetings.
There is a scarcity of qualified palantypists. With this in mind we recommend that you check our availability well in advance of your event.
Signing is another popular means of communication and we provide sign language interpreters to small and large groups nationwide.
